In the culture of formative leadership education, retreats nurture the intellectual, embodied, and spiritual dimensions of the leaders who constitute our network.

We held our first writing retreat in December 2023 at the Connors Center in Dover, MA. There we focused on writing for a wide audience of practitioners. In August 2024, we will hold another for the Educational Leadership cohort whose grants are ending to codify and share lessons learned. Each retreat is designed to meet the needs of the group and offer generative time for creativity, and space for reflection.
